Serving Community Facilities	The Gladish Community and Cultural Center is proud to introduce the "Gladish Presents:" series, which is designed to showcase the musical talent of the local Moscow-Pullman community. The series began April 22, 2009 with "A Musical Evening with Meg Kelley & Friends," a thoroughly enjoyable performance featuring Meg Kelley, Meredith Arksey, Ruth Boden, and Sheila Converse, who are shown below as they acknowledged well-deserved audience applause. Performers (left to right): Meredith Arksey, Sheila Converse, Meg Kelley, Ruth Boden About the Performers >> Whether the performers are associated with our two Universities or not, we hope to present them to the public away from formal institutional settings as neighbors who just happen to be wonderfully talented musicians. To that end we offer the intimate space of the Gladish View Room and encourage discussion of the music in addition to its performance. We see these recitals as community-building events and as opportunities for the general public to become better acquainted with fine musicians they may otherwise see only at a distance or not at all. Future perfomances are being planned and are scheduled to resume monthly in the fall. Watch for more information.
